Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and remove personal valuables before service. Dr.Auto Co. is not responsible for lost items left inside the vehicle.

5. Service Duration

6. Damage & Pre-Existing Conditions

Dr.Auto Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects discovered during detailing. Customers will be informed if any issues are noticed.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of detailing services, refunds are not provided once the service has been completed.
Cancellations must be made in advance; late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

8. Warranty & Aftercare

Some services may include limited warranty depending on the package. Proper aftercare is the customer’s responsibility to maintain results.
